This executor apartment required a complete clearance. Working with a tight budget, we make the necessary recommended improvements in order to bring this property up to a certain standard. We painted and decorated all areas and fitting new flooring throughout. For the kitchen and bathroom, with a limited budget we repainted the existing coloured wall tiles white. In the space of one week this apartment was ready to move into.
