This spacious basement apartment had undergone a partial renovation a few years back, however, the remainder was worn and tired and did not cohesively flow. Placelift re-configured the existing two small bedrooms into one large master bedroom incorporating a walk-in-wardrobe and created a new useful storage room.

For the utility space, we carefully planned the best use of this space and custom fitted bespoke units to include a hanging rail. We completed a partial re-wire, skimmed and painted all wall and ceilings and introduced a neutral muted colour scheme throughout. We enlarged the main bathroom and upgraded same. New doors, hardware, skirting and flooring greatly enhanced this space and most certainly raised the bar in terms of it’s rent appeal.
