After a very long tenancy, this two bedroom apartment required a complete renovation. With a tight budget we worked with the existing kitchen, painting the units and fitting a new countertop and wall tiles and flooring. We modernised the existing fireplace and painted the entire apartment with a fresh warm neutral. Finally, we sourced suitable furniture, bedding along with roller blinds and some soft furnishings. This apartment was let within four days!
